This program focuses on teaching you how to eat to lose weight, as well as how to eat to maintain your weight. 


This package includes 12 consecutive weeks of the following:

  • A Meal Plan - Learn how to enjoy healthy whole foods supplemented with our high quality, great tasting protein foods to enhance your program
  • ​Weekly Weigh-ins​, Monitor Body Fat%, BMI, and Measurements, and  InBody scan for clients able to come to the center
  • Weekly one-on-one private sessions with Licensed Health Professionals to provide support and education, and tips and strategies
  • Learn valuable nutrition information to ensure you keep the weight off and enjoy the renewed skin, body shape, health and energy level you deserve
  • Access to our Healthie app
  • Access to healthy recipes and our cookbook

Healthie App


All clients will have free access to their own Healthie app and online portal. Track your food with photo food logging, track your weight, take selfie progress photos, schedule your sessions, message and video chat directly from your phone!

Initial Consultation - Free


Includes a free 30 minute 1-on-1 session to discuss your goals.  We can discuss which healthy eating plan will work for you.  We can let you know how a licensed health professional can help you.  Booking this appointment will give you insight into our program so you can get a feel for how we can work together.

InBody Test - $25


Monitoring your weight is not enough
Weight can be misleading when used as an indicator of health.  Anyone may experience frustration when their weight shows no change, even with exercise and an improved nutrition.  Your body is a complex structure made of difference components; such as body water, fat and muscle.  Your body cannot be expressed with one simple number. 
InBody Test will show a true assessment of your body
To thoroughly learn about your body and its condition, take the InBody Test.  In less than 60 seconds, the InBody not only examines the compositions of your body, but also reveals percentage of body fat, muscle distribution, and body water balance; components that are a key in understanding more about your body.

Initial Registration Fee for 4-Week Program - $75


One-time registration fee upon starting our 4-Week Program.  This fee covers a review of your Health Profile, creating your healthy eating plan, and getting you started.
