Your diet will consist of predominantly whole foods you purchase at the grocery store. In addition, our gourmet protein based foods can be used during the weight loss phases of the program to build complete meals, adding vegetables, salads and lean meats and seafood.These are high biological value proteins and employ five different proteins: whey isolates, soy isolates, whole milk protein, hydrolyzed gelatin, and albumin.
They are delicious, practical, satisfying and are available in an array of textures and flavors to appeal to many different palates and preferences. Each food contains up to 20 grams of protein with very little to no fat or sugar. These are easy to prepare and can be incorporated into a busy lifestyle very nicely. Our foods are designed so people with sensitivities to dairy, soy, or vegetarians may participate in the program.
Please note, you do not have to purchase our protein foods, though most clients do during the weight loss phases.
Do I have to buy protein foods from Ideal Weight Loss Center
even after the program ends?
No, though many who have completed their weight loss program continue to
buy their favorites, such as the delicious bars or drinks as emergency meal replacements or mid-afternoon treats. Many of our customers find that it is much cheaper than fast food alternatives and better for your health too!
